Description

This Watermelon Strawberry Coconut Cooler is the ultimate summer refreshment—bright, fruity, and naturally sweet with no added sugar. It blends hydrating watermelon, ripe strawberries, and light coconut water into a vibrant drink kids and adults will adore. Whether you’re cooling off poolside or serving up healthy drinks for kids, this cooler is as fun to make as it is to drink.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, hulled

  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water

  • Juice of ½ lime (optional)

  • Ice cubes (optional, for serving)

  • Fresh mint sprigs or lime slices for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare the fruit
Wash the watermelon and strawberries thoroughly. Cube the watermelon and remove stems from the strawberries.

  • Blend the ingredients
Add watermelon, strawberries, coconut water, and lime juice (if using) to a blender. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.

  • Optional: Strain
For a smoother texture, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher or directly into glasses.

  • Serve chilled
Fill glasses with ice (if desired), pour in the cooler, and garnish with mint or lime. Serve immediately for best flavor and freshness.

Notes

For baby-friendly or toddler versions, omit the lime and strain thoroughly.

You can substitute coconut water with regular water, almond milk, or light fruit juice.

Frozen strawberries work well for an extra-chilled slushy effect.

To turn this into a smoothie bowl, reduce coconut water and top with granola and fresh fruit.
