Ingredients
- 4 cups seedless watermelon, cubed
- 1 cup ripe tomatoes, chopped
- ½ cup cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp red onion, finely chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Chop all fruits and vegetables into chunks.
- Blend Soup: Add everything to a blender and purée until smooth.
