Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp tamarind paste – provides tangy depth

  • 1 tsp soy sauce – for a touch of umami
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar – balances heat with sweetness

  • 12 tbsp water – optional, to adjust consistency


Instructions
