  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Marinade:

Notes

Substitutions: Chicken thighs can be used in place of breasts; adjust grilling time accordingly.

No Grill? You can bake the chicken at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 minutes.
