A fiery twist on the classic margarita, this Spicy Pickle Margarita mixes jalapeño tequila, dill pickle brine, and zesty lime for an unforgettable savory cocktail.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1½ oz jalapeño-infused tequila
  • ½ oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • 1 oz dill pickle brine
  • ½ oz agave syrup
  • ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  • Rim mix: ½ tbsp sea salt, ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp dried dill
  • Garnish: pickle spear, jalapeño wheels, fresh dill, lime slice

Instructions

  1. Rim Your Glass: Mix sea salt, chili powder, and dill on a plate. Moisten the rim of your glass with lime and dip into the blend.
  2. Combine Ingredients: In a shaker, add tequila, triple sec, pickle brine, lime juice, agave, and ice.
  3. Shake Until Cold: Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until well chilled.
