Description

Salted Caramel Apple Pie Cheesecake combines a spiced apple layer, creamy cheesecake, and salted caramel drizzle in one festive dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar (divided)
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 3 cups peeled and sliced apples
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp sea salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix graham crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press into pan and bake 10 minutes.
  2. Toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Spread over crust.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream. Pour over apples.
  4. Bake 60–70 minutes. Cool fully, chill 4+ hours, top with salted caramel before serving.

Notes

  • Use a water bath to prevent cracking.
