Description

A rich, smoky, and sweet barbecue sauce with a fraction of the sugar. Perfect for grilling, dipping, and everything in between.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup low-sugar ketchup
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp ground cumin


Instructions

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
  2. Whisk Together: Stir until smooth and well combined.
  3. Simmer: Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
  4. Adjust & Cool: Taste, adjust seasoning, and let cool. Store in jar.

Notes

  • Swap brown sugar for monk fruit to reduce sugar further.
  • Add liquid smoke for deeper BBQ flavor.
