Description
A rich, smoky, and sweet barbecue sauce with a fraction of the sugar. Perfect for grilling, dipping, and everything in between.
Ingredients
- 1 cup low-sugar ketchup
- ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp ground cumin
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: Add all ingredients to a medium saucepan.
- Whisk Together: Stir until smooth and well combined.
- Simmer: Bring to a gentle simmer over low heat and cook uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Adjust & Cool: Taste, adjust seasoning, and let cool. Store in jar.
Notes
- Swap brown sugar for monk fruit to reduce sugar further.
- Add liquid smoke for deeper BBQ flavor.
