Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • 1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs (dill, mint, tarragon, cilantro)
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice + ½ tsp zest
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp capers
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  2. Blend: Pulse until creamy and smooth.
  3. Taste & Adjust: Add more lemon or salt to taste.
