- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1 whole chipotle pepper in adobo sauce + 1 teaspoon of adobo sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

Instructions
- Combine Ingredients:
- Add the mayonnaise, lime juice, lime zest, honey, chipotle pepper with adobo sauce, ground cumin, and salt into a blender or food processor.
- Blend Until Smooth:
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Scrape down the sides of the blender if needed to make sure all the ingredients are well mixed.

- Serve or Store:
- Use immediately as a dip or drizzle, or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
- Spice Level: Adjust the spice level to your liking by adding more chipotle peppers or adobo sauce for extra heat. If you prefer a milder version, use just one pepper and one teaspoon of adobo sauce.
- Substitution: If you want a dairy-free version, you can swap the mayonnaise with unsweetened yogurt or a plant-based alternative.
