Description

Festive and fun, these cheese cracker pumpkin pie appetizers are quick to make with cheddar, crackers, and cream cheese. Perfect for Thanksgiving boards and fall parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cheddar cheese block
  • 1 box triangle pita chips or Townhouse crackers
  • 1 box Chicken in a Biskit crackers
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 1 disposable piping bag with star tip


Instructions

  1. Slice cheddar into triangle wedges to fit the base crackers.
  2. Spread cream cheese on crackers and press cheddar wedges on top.
  3. Stand a Chicken in a Biskit cracker vertically at the back as the pie crust.
  4. Pipe a small dollop of cream cheese on top to mimic whipped cream.

Notes

  • Chill cheese for easier cutting. Add paprika or herbs for garnish. Store up to 24 hours refrigerated in an airtight container.
