Description
Festive and fun, these cheese cracker pumpkin pie appetizers are quick to make with cheddar, crackers, and cream cheese. Perfect for Thanksgiving boards and fall parties.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cheddar cheese block
- 1 box triangle pita chips or Townhouse crackers
- 1 box Chicken in a Biskit crackers
- 1/2 cup whipped cream cheese
- 1 disposable piping bag with star tip
Instructions
- Slice cheddar into triangle wedges to fit the base crackers.
- Spread cream cheese on crackers and press cheddar wedges on top.
- Stand a Chicken in a Biskit cracker vertically at the back as the pie crust.
- Pipe a small dollop of cream cheese on top to mimic whipped cream.
Notes
- Chill cheese for easier cutting. Add paprika or herbs for garnish. Store up to 24 hours refrigerated in an airtight container.
